The Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support of the library servers. The work requires specialized training and experience in server operating systems, server-based applications, server services and server security. Position requires working well with users, performing under pressure, balancing demanding day-to-day assignments with long-term projects, and supporting weekend maintenance and upgrade projects. This position may require the employee to work in multiple locations. Continuing formal and self-education is required to keep up to date with constantly evolving technologies.

Member of a dynamic team who provides equitable delivery of library services and materials to customers outside of the library building. Willingness and ability to travel locally and regionally and work a variable schedule including nights and weekends.
Public Services Librarians in Mobile Services are responsible for driving the library’s 2 mobile services vehicles to childcare facilities, neighborhood stops, the detention center and homebound services. Bachelor’s degree, experience with varied populations, excellent customer service and valid driver’s license required.
