VersaSTUDIO makes it easy and cost-effective to create decals and labels, signs and posters, home décor, personalized photo-imprinted gifts and much more. Several materials can be used in the vinyl printer.
- WallFlair Removable Vinyl is a premium-quality, 6-mil matte calendered vinyl with a special, removable acrylic adhesive that’s ideal for interior graphics applications. The material adheres to flat, painted wall surfaces and most types of wallpaper and wood panels. Use it to make your own custom wall art.
- Solvent Glossy Paper with Adhesive (ESM-SGPA) is optimized with a special coating that is ideal for eco-solvent ink printing. This 135 gsm solvent glossy paper has a permanent, water-based acrylic adhesive that is backed with a silicone treated release liner. A productive and cost-effective solution for mounted graphics, it also achieves excellent results for print and cut graphics applications. This large format inkjet paper is multicoated to be water and scratch-resistant and has superior white point and gloss level.
- Glossy Calendered Vinyl with Permanent Adhesive is a 3 mil pressure-sensitive vinyl with a glossy finish. The product is very durable and water-resistant. Perfect for custom made stickers, labels or decals.
- Clear Calendered Vinyl with Permanent Adhesive is a 3 mil pressure-sensitive calendered vinyl. The product is very durable and water-resistant. Its excellent print quality and clarity make it a useful inkjet vinyl for a variety of graphic applications that require extended indoor or outdoor life.
- White Static Cling is a 7-mil calendered vinyl that is a self-clinging white film that requires no adhesive. It applies quickly to glass and most smooth polished surfaces, and it is easily removed.

- SoftSign™ Fabric Banner (RCM-SSFB) is a heavyweight, 15-mil 100% polyester fabric suitable for a variety of banner and décor applications. The material is a non-PVC option for banners. The 10 oz. fabric with an Oxford weave is easy to work with and is dimensionally staple. It hangs beautifully and doesn’t curl in retractable banner stands. The fabric gives a high-end look and feel in comparison to a standard glossy scrim vinyl banner. RCM-SSFB can be cut, welded, hemmed, sewn, and grommeted.
